The summer season starts May 29th, 2023 and continues through September 4th, 2023.

- Maintain vigilance to prevent facility emergencies and ensure guests remain safe at all times.
- Explain and enforce pool rules and regulations
- Participate in regular in-service training sessions
- Communicate with patrons at the pool, property management, and Continental Pools management
- Monitoring water chemistry
- Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Minimum age: 15 years
- Have or obtain Lifeguarding, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from us or an approved certifying organization.
- Swim distance using crawl or breaststroke without resting: 100 yards
- Feet-first dive, retrieve a 10-lb brick from a minimum depth of 8 feet and bring it to the surface
- Tread water without using arms for 1 minute
- Physical requirements may include: Sitting, Standing, and Walking. Carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs.
- Must possess strong communication skills
- We hire starting at 15 years old!
- No experience necessary – you will be trained in all aspects of water rescue, first aid, and emergency management.
- Company-sponsored certification and training
- Pay rate: $12-$17
- Advancement opportunities for returning team members
- Choose how often you work:
- Full-Time (30-40 Hours per Week)
- Part-Time (15-30 Hours per Week)
- On Call (As Needed)
- We can adjust your work hours to accommodate any commitments, vacations or other activities you have scheduled over the summer.
